Establish a strong system of authentic school accountability that rests on a balance of local and state measures and uses multiple forms of assessment.
Provide adequate and sufficient state funding for high quality public education that enables all students to meet reasonable graduation requirements. Ensure that all students have the opportunity to reach high standards, and receive timely and effective interventions as needed.
